Subject to Change!

WHAT HAVE WE ACHIEVED SO FAR, AND WHAT'S NEXT?

We've always wanted to sail down to New Zealand eventually and, so far, that hasn't changed. "The Plan" will almost certainly evolve though, as cruisers say; "plans are sketched in the sand at low tide" so treat this as subject to change!

So far; we turned to port outside of the Golden Gate in August of 2022 and spent a few months exploring the California coast and Channel Islands. Entering Mexico in time to see in 2023 at Ensenada, we spent some time on the Pacific Coast of Baja, visiting Magdelina Bay to see the Grey Whales and their calves, and entered the Gulf of California (Sea of Cortez) in late March of 2023. We enjoyed exploring the Gulf, leaving Tino Pai in San Carlos to visit the States during the hottest months, resuming sailing in October. We've since made our way down back down Baja and on to mainland Mexico as far south as Zihuantanejo, before turning back north towards the Gulf. We sailed as far north as Refugio before settling Tino Pai into San Carlos again for the summer. We're currently back in the USA visiting family and friends and will return to Tino Pai in September. Check out the "Track Us" tab for Tino Pai's latest position.

After that? We'll see... eventually we'll want to make some westward miles across the Pacific. For now, we're enjoying exploring and loving our time in Mexico!
